By visiting our site and/or purchasing anything from us, you participate in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional Terms of Service and/ or policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, vendors, and/or content contributors.

SECTION 2 - Shipping and Delivery
Perfumes.bg will ship the approved orders as soon as possible and in the order in which they are received.
Shipping destinations and shipping costs
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 working days. However, some of our products are delivered directly from the supplier, which has a longer delivery time. Estimated delivery time in that case is 10-15 working days.
We use fixed shipping costs for each country, unless stated otherwise elsewhere on the website. The shipping costs for your order are always shown before you complete your purchase. After entering your address, an amount of shipping costs will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
Uncollected Packages
Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a return.
Wrong / incomplete address
If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for the cost of return once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Customs and import fees
All customs and import fees will be charged to your selected shipping country. Make sure you understand which rules and fees apply by contacting the relevant authorities in your country.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer. All descriptions of products or product prices are subject to change at our sole discretion at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service on this site is void where prohibited.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
SECTION 3 – Payment
You have the following payment options:

- PayPal
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
With all payment options you will pay immediately at checkout. All information concerning your Credit Card or PayPal-account is encrypted and secured. Perfumes.bg reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Perfumes.bg can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
If for whatever reason your payment cannot be processed you will receive an email with instructions to complete the payment. If you do not complete the payment within 48 hours your order will automatically be cancelled.
If you decide to pay by bank transfer the order will be dispatched when payment is received.
SECTION 4 – Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our stock.
SECTION 5 – Returns and exchanges
The customer is entitled to terminate the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the order without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). The period starts from the moment the (entire) order is received by the consumer.
During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the unused and undamaged product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original shipping packaging to the seller, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
Notice to EU consumers: According to Article 16 (c) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted for the supply of goods manufactured according to specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized. In some cases our products are made at your request (custom products) and according to your specifications, then we do not accept returns.

If the product is defective or damaged or if the return is due to an error made by us, we will refund you the money. Please report the complaint to our customer service at support@perfumes.bg before returning the product, then return the product with your proof of purchase to this address:

SECTION 6 – Our returns policy
In case of a return the goods have to be unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or used or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund will be refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
SECTION 7 – Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items Perfumes.bg will make a full refund to you, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that this must be done by placing a new order via support@perfumes.bg. Shipping costs will not be refunded in care of a return.
If you receive items that are faulty upon arrival please notify us within 14 days after the day you received these items. After this timeframe a refund can be denied.
SECTION 8 – Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SECTION 9 – Security
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on our website or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 23 – Personal Data
Collection of Personal Data When Buying
We save personal information in the form of name, contact details and address in order to fulfill our commitment to you as a customer when ordering. The legal basis for this collection is the Terms of Service of the purchase. These data are shared with our warehouse and logistics partners in order to fulfill the order. We also save your order history to handle returns and complaints.
Collection of Personal Data for Email Marketing
If you have agreed on receiving news and offers by e-mail when making a purchase, or filled in the form to receive newsletters, we will save your e-mail in our newsletter register. The legal basis for this collection is consent. We use this registry to send out relevant information about news and offers. You can at any time decline to receive more mailings and be removed from our email registry by unsubscribing via the link in the emails.
Personal Data Responsibility and Privacy
Responsible for the personal data is Perfumes.bg. In cases where we share personal data with third parties in order to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, we have personal data agreement with this party. We do not share information with non-EU / EEA parties, and we do not deliver outside of this area. We store your data confidentially in secure systems, but can never fully protect us from intrusion, which means that data shared with us is shared at your own risk.

Perfumes.bg may modify or amend these Terms of Service at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms of Service applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
